The Jennifer-Ann is Coast Guard certified for 28 passengers and 2 crew for inland waters ( Chesapeake Bay ) and 13 passengers and 2 crew in cold waters out to 100 miles in the Atlantic Ocean. Also the captain is licensed for 50 tons near coastal routes. In addition, he has an unlimited radar endorsement and towing endorsement.

If you have a larger group and need additional boats or you would like to split your group between a number of boats, that can be arranged.
